How does it work?

We utilize a team of Consumer Relations Specialists (CRS) of varied background and age. Before a person can become a CRS, they must go through testing and training to make sure they are qualified – observant, detailed-oriented, and knowledgeable about completing evaluations. A CRS will shop your business just like any other customer. Your business will then be provided with a completed, detailed questionnaire concerning the experience.

The questionnaire covers a range of areas including (but not limited to) phone etiquette, store attractiveness and cleanliness, employee attentiveness and friendliness, and product quality (food, lodging, merchandise, etc.).

This information, which details the overall customer service experience, will highlight weak areas. Once the weaknesses have been discovered and effectively addressed, we will conduct further evaluations to ensure old behaviors do not return.
